EXAMPLES

  1. Network Issues (Emergency).

    1. Call 305-231-4773 and explain that this is an emergency. An engineer will pick up and will start troubleshooting issue immediately.

    2. If no one picks up, call and text your Account Manager and / or cc by text 786-530-1496. Please make sure to mention that this is an emergency.

  2. Troubleshoot issue with laptop not turning on.

    1. Call, Email or Text us the info.

    2. Let us know your desired resolution time. 

SLA DETAILS

  1. Our SLA is immediate if you consider an emergency. If the request is not an emergency simply inform us of the desired resolution date and time.

  2. Emergencies: Immediate

  3. Non-Emergencies: Scheduled, and based upon request
